Located in Livermore, California, this 3 acre project site is surrounded by multiple wineries and vineyards. This Wine Country commercial center features a grocery store/deli, café, wine tasting room, bike shop, boutique shops, and two restaurants. 

Given the rural agricultural character of the South Valley, the buildings and landscape were designed to reflect a modern rustic style. The natural stone and wood exterior facades present a warm neutral color palette that radiates a relaxing and welcoming vibe. The landscape design complements the architecture with its Mediterranean planting palette, featuring ornamental grasses, lavender, rosemary, and agaves.
